For 2021-22 Class Year

Registration is now open for the 2021-22 year!  Register online through the links below, or pick up a registration packet from the parish office to complete at home.  There will be no in-person registration days this year.  If you would prefer to fill out a hard copy of the form, once again, please take it home to complete and then bring it back at your designated appointment time.

For Year 2, the sponsor's name is required at the time of registration.  Parents, please discuss this decision with your student(s) before registering, as it is their decision to choose someone who is a role model for them in the faith.

Once your form is complete (either online or at home), contact Melissa at (909) 333-6523 or mgeier@sbdiocese.org to schedule an appointment to turn in the following items:

1. Registration packet (if you filled it out at home; online forms are automatically sent to Melissa upon completion)

2. Student's Baptism certificate

3. Student's First Communion certificate (if applicable)

4. Registration payment ($125 for Year 1 or $200 for Year 2; fees include the retreat)
